Heck, I expect the Giants to win every game. If you go into a game thinking you won’t win, you have already lost. Besides, the Giants are as good as any team in the game when they pitch and defend.

I’m quite confused by your post. I think SF is a serious contender for the Division title. They are the defending champions, why should anyone think they won’t repeat?

I don’t THINK they will repeat. But I certainly hope they do. Buehler injury is h.u.g.e. And Tatis now out until probably late July. Still, only about 60 games in. Pretty early…. Many ebbs and flows to come. It’s what is so wonderful about baseball.
If Giants can get relatively healthy, they can stay in the mix. Then comes the deadline. And we shall see. Maybe they can pick up another “Blockbuster.”
