Except multiple sources have said that the Big-Ten is standing pat for any team not named Notre Dame.

Others may be added at some point, but I don’t think that’s the plan.

I think this is probably the case. The only reason to add members would be that they bring in more revenue than you would have to pay out to them. ND would do that. At this point, there is no reason to think any other PAC-12 member is going to meet that standard. The Big-10 is always tweaking their media deals. They know what they can sell. If they could sell Stanford + <somebody> as members for more than it would cost them, they will do it. Right now, that isn't the case. Improbable it will be in the near future IMHO.
