I highly doubt that Stanford + Cal would increase the value of their deal by over 110 million a year (the value for which the conference would break even), or that Stanford would increase the value of the deal by $60 million or more.  I don’t think Stanford or Cal will be invited on the basis of $$ alone.

If it's about football and money only, Stanford will not be in the Big 10.  However there might be other considerations.  I have read numerous articles where Big 10 coaches of various sports said Stanford is the gold standard for combining academics and athletics.  

WBB, WVB, and some other Stanford sports teams would be desirable members of a conference.

Stanford would substantially increase the number of Big 10 conference Fulbright, Marshall, and Rhodes Scholars not to mention Nobel Prize winners.
