Question for those who follow these things more closely than I do nowadays:
What is the current consensus on the pecking order of the services that evaluate college football recruits?
I recall ESPN used to be questionable, and place too much emphasis on speed over other skills/traits.  Is that still the case?
Is On3 any good?  
Does anyone pay attention to Rank by Offers anymore or have offers proliferated and become so hard to decipher that the ranking system lost value?  
Has the bias in favor of recruits who attend camps increased, decreased, or remained constant at Rivals and 247?
Do ESPN and On3 have affiliations with camp series?
Do you still like looking at the composite to get a balanced view of the recruit's profile, or are some of the services so skewed that you'd rather just look at one or two of the rankings instead of the composite?
