FWIW, if you just want to compare the 247 class rankings to the Rivals class rankings, then 247 is almost always more generous to Stanford.
I recognize this may be the result of the method for ranking classes rather than the evaluation of individual players.  The difference in class rankings may just occur, for example, because Rivals caps out after the top 20 players and implicitly penalizes small classes.  I don't have detailed player-by-player information to say that 247 evaluates Stanford recruits as being better than Rivals does.  Here's the class ranking for each year with Rivals first and 247 second:

2022: 25, 19
2021: 46, 43
2020: 23, 21
2019: 24, 19
2018: 57, 40
2017: 19, 14
2016: 19, 16
2015: 18, 24 **This is the one exception in the last 10 years
2014: 14, 13
2013: 62, 52
