You need to offer a slew of QB’s. Or take jucos. Or take transfers. You need to get over the defensive philosophy of, “what if X gets pissed that we offered somebody else.”

Or just give up.

We offered 6. Many were in play at the same time.

Better approach this year with more offers but only one came from the Western US and all were reaches given Stanford's relative lack of success recently. Need to find the guy that will take the offer relatively early so you aren't out in the cold in mid-July.
