Udodi peaked at the Pac 12's. I don't know if this was a miscalculation by the coaching staff or a reflection of Udodi's youth and attendant physical immaturity. If he was running his best times he would have made it to the next round. Stanford is not known for having good sprint coaches.

We aren't known as a sprinter's school.  Before Udodi the 100 and 200 Meter records were recorded more than 40 years ago by football players.  Udodi is perhaps the first real serious sprinter we have had in a long, long time.  We have been known for years as a distance runners school.
