I finally got around to listening to this. The first 2-3 episodes were so fun and a great walk down memory lane. I can't believe I forgot that each of the 1st 3 years in Indy he improved their outcome -- from missing the playoffs to reaching the wildcard to reaching the divisional to reaching the AFC championship. Truly remarkable.

I started listening to the 4 episode and had to turn it off. It was just too sad and depressing. Honestly, what is the audience for listening to the last 3 episodes and hearing the sordid, sad details behind the downfall of one of the greatest prospects ever? Once you start hearing about him peeing blood and the pain he went through, it's kind of a sadistic voyeurism at that point.

I wonder if I'll ever follow a Stanford player in the NFL like I did AL. I couldn't care less about Indy, but I watched pretty much every snap of his years there, even when he wasn't playing.
