Going forward Lex you're not winning with retreads like Wood, Cobb and Junis. They need young arms like the Dodgers have in bushels. And if you lose Rodon you're in deep shit.

But you want to trade guys like Harrison and Bednar and Rodriquez. Maybe all at once to gain Soto. Madness.

Right now, we're fifth in MLB in runs per game, but 16th in runs against per game.  Maybe we don't need Soto so much as we need better pitching.
