Susan Slusser expects Rodon to go. She agrees with another opinion that the Giants are a dark horse in the Soto Derby.

One possibility that has been written about is trade players off the current 25 man roster for solid prospects, then flip those prospects along with some supplemental talent (not named Harrison/Luciano/Webb) to Washington for Soto.  

I put the odds of that happened at 1 in 50.  I think Soto winds up in San Diego.
