Didn't Camarillo walk on as a punter? Amazing scout of talent--are you related to OF?

He never averaged two catches a game at Stanford and his best seasons he was our WR3 and WR5, never even coming within half the yards of WR2. He never scored a single touchdown in college. If you thought he was better than Mark Bradford you really should have gotten your head checked. Yes, it was very cool for a walk on to be a very good NFL player, but your account is deeply revisionist. Best college season - 18 catches for 280 yards. NFL - seven year career, two seasons with 50+ catches and 550+ yards. Talking about Camarillo is like talking about Will Svitek. Great football players but certainly not at Stanford.
My recollection of Camarillo was based solely on my evaluation of him as a WR. It had zero to do with his professional career or what kind of stats he posted at Stanford. I really couldn't care less about either.
I told a lot of people from early in his Stanford career that he was the best, most polished receiver on the roster. I watched him closely in practices and in games and could clearly see that he had the "It" factor. The way he came in and out of breaks, adjusted his speeds, his ability to "Skinny Up" CBs, and to adjust to the ball while at top speed made him a special talent in my eyes. I guess some pro scouts agreed.
Sviteck...he's the guy I said should be be moved to Offensive Tackle after watching him for about a week his freshman year. Wasted at DE.
Free Phogge!!!! And no, crimson doesn't refer to the Tide.
