I mentioned Barrys in the plural. Bonds and Zito. . . .As for value, perhaps they wouldn't have won in 2012 without him. What was that worth?  And he played on some pretty bad teams as well.

Heard an interesting snippet on KNBR a couple of months back. Tolbert was chatting with a Giants player from 2010 (don't recall who). Allegedly, just after Boche announced the rosters for the 2010 Series, Zito was in the clubhouse and a teammate asked "what are You doing here". Really classy. Tolbert's guest refused to ID the guy who said it. . . .
