It’s easy to say now, but I never felt Oregon had a remote chance against Georgia.  But this Utah-Florida game is a different story, and it’s a big deal for the Pac-12.  

Utah is much better than Oregon, and Florida is much worse than Georgia. The Utes are rightly a 2.5 favorite.

Totally agree.  Oregon's offense is suspect and then facing an NFL caliber Bulldog Defense.  Ducks got destroyed; never in the game. 
Going into Week 2, Ducks might fall all the way out of Top 25.
I believe UTAH is in mid-season form with a LOT of talent returning.  
Always tough going on the road in SEC.

U$C is not paying attention to their defense; they don't care -- the score with Rice should be 21-21.  
Troy got a cheap 93yd Pick 6 when a good pass went through a receiver's hands to a DB at the 10. 
Lincoln Riley actually shows a Zero-RB backfield at U$C... sacrilege.  

Plummer ran Kal*Suck's offense efficiently, 23-35 for 268 yds, 3 TDs on UC Davis.  For the win, 34-13.

Are we supposed to be happy about that?

 

KK -- let's see how good EJ Smith turns out to be; plus mixing in Casey Filkins, maybe frosh Arlen Harris as a power back.
Shaw says he like EJ as both a run and pass threat.  Austin Jones might not have been the #1 RB had he stayed (?)  
And, Jones wants to go bowling to move up the draft ladder.  Stanford is not a ticket to a bowl right now. 

Plus, I believe, this year's offense will be pass first -- because of McKee and a WR/TE Corp that goes 8 deep.  
And I think this O-line is much better at pass blocking than run blocking.  I think A.Jones sees all that.
