I think you're blinded by the poor results, or we have very different coaching needs. I would absolutely expect any good coach to take those two remaining shots at the end zone (and through the air, given the lack of timeouts), especially with someone like Rising at the helm. I'd be yelling at my TV if he'd settle for the tie and OT in that situation. Tough loss, but them's the breaks, in my book.
Did they have any TO’s left? If so, I definitely run once. Maybe QB draw. I’f no TO’s I’m still thinking about running as I can spike it.
Bigger issue was where the pass was thrown. Can’t throw into traffic. Look for one on one on sidelines (fade) or back of EZ. Awful decision by Rising. Not crazy that the route was run (especially if, as it appears that was first read) either.
