What's the record after Farhan did nothing at the trade deadline and proclaimed "we think we have the roster to contend" in reference to Wild Card spot?  Not all records are created or have the same consequences equally.

I think he thinks he can keep Rodon.  The Giants have publicly stated they intend to be major participants in the free agent market after the season.
19-24.

He didn’t do nothing. He traded Ruf for JD Davis for 2 prospects and Rosenthal - who never threw a pitch for the Giants- for a prospect.  Both nice moves. 

But he certainly didn’t do enough. Getting some real value for Rodon - don’t you think the Yankees would like to have him? - was job 1.  He waited too long.  Then the option excuse came out.  That could have been worked around.

Interesting winter ahead.
