Exactly. Band leadership made the pre-emptive strike before worse sanctions could be handed down by the U. They weren't happy with Rogue Tree, according to ex-band JJJ-jr.
Like I said, not the band I once knew. Doing the U's dirty work? They were once all about free speech. Might as well just buy the damned band unis and fall in line.
It hasn't been the band you once knew since they were banned. Having to now operate within a bunch of bureaucratic rules and restrictions or cease to operate... I feel bad for them.
