Sloppy game with some not so great defending of their three point shooters.

I would characterize it differently.  It isn't that we were laying off of their 3-point shooters and didn't get out to them in time.  CP SLO used a lot of motion and screens, dragging our defenders toward the lane, impeding their ability to get back out to the 3pt line, and then passing the ball around to get it to an open player on the 3-pt line.   And, as I say above, "their three point shooters" were 10 players.   I credit CP SLO more than I'd say it was Stanford's players at fault.
