If LSU wins out and beats Georgia in the SEC Championship game, they get in.
U$C is the Pac-12's last hope for a CFP spot. The Trojans have to beat the Domers, then prevail against Oregon or Washington in the Pac-12 title game.
After Tennessee's loss, the Trojans should be 6th behind Georgia, OSU, Michigan, TCU and LSU in next week's poll. One of Michigan and OSU will probably be eliminated after their game next week, though it is not impossible that a one-loss East Division runner-up in the Big Ten could still pip the Pac-12 champion.
TCU has to win out to stay in the running. If they lose, they probably drop out. As for the SEC, yes, if LSU beats Georgia in the SEC title game, both LSU and Georgia will be in. The other two are most likely the Big Ten champ (providing the West Division champ does not prevail) and either TCU or USC, providing they win out.
The Pac-12 chances for a CFP berth increase if Georgia beats LSU -- then, only one SEC team makes the play-off. Clemson could also still sneak into the picture, but their bad loss vs. the Domers does not help their cause.
