He's a nice kid with a great leg, but he obviously can't manage his nerves on the field.  That reaction happens not just to kickers, but golfers and other athletes.  Experience is not usually the cure.  And what he does in practice is 100% irrelevant because you can't simulate the pressure.  We probably should have lined up a kicker last year, but if I were Shaw I'd make it a high priority for the fall.
