I think the change was maybe in early 2022 or so. His twitter feed shifted from "promoting Stanford football" to "promoting Stanford NFL alums" and "promoting his son." Not to say the latter two priorities are awful or anything, but they're behaviors of someone who wants to reminisce rather than be a booster for the here-and-now.
