He needs to make a clean sweep of key personnel.   I will be very interested to see where Shaw's staff ends up.  Akina (66) may just retire; Alamar is only 61, so he probably still needs to work a bit.  All the rest definitely still need to land somewhere.  Pritchard will likely suffer the biggest drop: no P5 team will hire him as offensive coordinator.  At best, he might get a position job at an FBS program.

I'll be interested to see what Pritchard ends up doing and where.   Can't imagine being in one system his whole career did much for his development, especially this system.  I assume he'll need to work his way back up, but suspect it will do him a world of good.  He kind of bypassed a lot of important steps....

He should have left quite a while back to fill out his resume. That said, it wouldn't surprise me much if he got a pro job next. A somewhat lateral move (not an OC, but perhaps a QB coach waiting in the wings to become OC) that would pay pretty well and punch some tickets.

There's only one person on God's green earth that would hire him in such a role, and I seriously doubt Shaw will be getting an NFL gig any time soon. That ship sailed.
