Glad to see Symonds join the fold. Those top 1000-ish players are useful. Symonds, for example, is rated higher than like 1/3 of the 2021 class, even though Symonds is near the very bottom of Stanford's rankings this year. His rating and offers are not bad, and he represents the kind of depth that is key to rebuilding the program. Even with Symonds and Cisse, however, 52 scholarship players over the last 3 years is too few. Especially in the current environment with so many players in the transfer portal each year. Stanford really needs to bring in 20 kids a year.
