Can anyone explained what happened on the bloody play w Luther Schipholt? I was listening to the audio and it went out briefly but I heard something about a bloody gash on her arm. Thx!

At the game I could not see what happened, but after the play the referee held up play for a bit while she directed the Stanford trainer with a towel to various spots on the floor to wipe down.   It seemed more extensive and in widely dispersed places than these things usually are.  I could not figure it out since some of the places were not in the area that people went to the floor.  Now it begins to make some sense if there were blood drips.
