While this isn't much of a surprise, this is the one coach who I believe really needs to go elsewhere for his own sake. He really needs to build up his resume IMO. I think there is evidence he has done at least a pretty good job as a QB coach. Given that Shaw was always "in control" on the offensive side of the ball, it is unclear to me how much of a real change this is for Pritchard, other than (presumably) a cut in pay. I can only assume that both he and TT think this can work or it wouldn't be happening.
