Yes, but that's in California, not another state. Even so, to me it's a more legit "below sea level" than New Orleans, since that lower elevation territory is mostly artificially created. And then there's the matter of rising sea levels, going on right now. Just what is "sea level" anyway? Do all the map official elevations need to be changed? This could drift, like sea level, into a very Stanford nerd discussion.
