All good points on your part, but re good crowd, I'm pretty sure there were better crowds in both Seattle and San Jose. As for things to do, agree re San Jose. But not re Seattle. There's far more to do there for me than in Vegas. It's a matter of taste.

I generally don’t care for Vegas but those of you who are there should definitely check out Area 15. Specifically, the Omega Mart experience there. You enter what looks like a glorified 7-11. Let’s just say there’s a lot more than meets the eye. Do check it out!
