I can say, in brief, that rule 10b5-1 applies here, and that the stock sales were determined well in advance of this whole crisis. More info on rule 10b5-1:

With all due respect, the timing is too good to be true. Sale may have been arranged in advance — but how far in advance? Do you really believe the officers couldn’t see what was coming?
