 It was 41 outside at 8AM this morning, and 56 indoors.

Ironically, today, BAAQMD voted to voting on a ban of (at this point, some) natural gas devices from sale (even as replacements). requiring people to replace failed gas devices with electric devices.

Clearly an older home and way pre Title 24. Glad your power is back on.

Regarding the BAAQMD and electrification, as an environmentalist (yes, I know, that's hard to believe but true) with a 30 plus year history in the HVAC industry, I'd love to comment. But alas, no.
