As long as Cal has a bumbling idiot in charge of athletics (and they do), they won’t accomplish anything worthy of note in any athletic program.  He hired Fox and will probably hire another retread who will sign a big contract and laugh all the way to the bank (unless it is Credit Suisse)……..
