Is it possible Canady is injured?  In her last appearance she left the game in the middle of the inning when Stanford was not in trouble.  Seemed like odd timing to me for her to leave other than injury.  Today the Oregon State batters roughed up Vawter.  It would have been a good day for Canady to come in relief. 

That injury to Koch was strange.  The coach signaled for her to hold up at third when she was about 20 feet from third base.  Koch kept running at full speed rounding third until she suddenly decided to lurch back toward third base.

We probably won't see Canady pitching for a few weeks unfortunately.
