Ganne has had a pretty good frosh year overall to date. She had 2 top 10s in the fall, 2 more top 10s in the spring. 12 of 21 rounds under par and the 3rd lowest scoring average among the top 5 (72.24) behind Zhang (69.24) and Englemann (71.58). True, she is not competing for individual championships the way that Zhang and Heck did as frosh. But Ganne has been a solid contributor.
Still if Seay and Heck were playing, Ganne would have been in the 5th spot. But Seay and Heck are not playing so Ganne is in the 3 spot with greater expectations. She has not had a round under par for Stanford since February. And she is struggling at P12s. Maybe she is feeling some pressure.
