Let’s get real shall we? You can’t have an all white staff. Hopefully Tara is stepping down and all the coaches are soon exiting. They now need to think about Noelle Quinn as a head coach, or one of the two UCLA assistants as head coach.

I am not a fan of Anderson but she seems better than Kate or Steding to me in terms of relationship with players
