So if I understand the rules of the conference tournament correctly, Stanford will be through to the semifinals even with a loss against the Ducks.  

But the Ducks need to win because either Oregon State or ASU will finish 1-1 in Pool B and they each have a better seed than the Ducks, and thus would have the tie-breaker for 1-1 teams trying to get the Wildcard spot.
