I think they will be able to get the game in at 9:00 am Eastern.  That's before the rain starts and it really is the only option weather-wise at this point.  They should have thought this through a couple days ago and let fans know in advance the plan based on the weather forecast.  I'm assuming they have to play a full seven innings.  They can't call the game complete if rain starts before the seventh inning.

The question for me; is there any chance this gets televised on ESPN, ESPN2, or ESPNU?

If Stanford wins, it works out ok.  If not, it's anyone's guess when game three happens.

They don't have to play all seven innings, provided they have played a requisite number of innings (not sure what the threshold is in softball). But Stanford really needs to win Game #2, because if the series is tied, or I think even if the series were to hypothetically end 1-0 in terms of games, Duke would advance on account of higher seed!

Game tomorrow at 6am PT will be televised on ESPN2. I think TV coverage complicated the decision on moving the game, as there multiple softball games ongoing right now/later in the evening (though the ESPN broadcasters referred to the weather report being bad for Saturday and Sunday as early as the 1st inning today).

How much rain will they play in? 

Baseball in rainy areas with artificial surfaces will now play through significant rain. I would think that would be different on a dirt infield. 

The forecast I saw predicts some rain starting around 9 am, but real rain not til noon.

The umpires are generally pretty lenient on rain as far as continuing to play. It generally has to be a downpour to stop the contest (to avoid standing puddles in the infield and the like). I think they will get this series in (at worst on Monday, because currently only calls for scattered showers). Scattered showers can be worked around, heavier rain cannot.
