Science to me is Chem, Physics, Biology, etc
Tech to me is actual engineering aka Comp Sci, Mechanical Engineering, BioEngineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, etc

To satisfy your "Science and Engineering"requirement, you can take Ethics in Bio Engineering or Global Warming or Airpollution History or Environmental Journalism. Where is Multivariable calculus, Linear Algebra, Organic Chemistry, Circuits etc etc?
