I agree SF. But why can't Stanford baseball also have the best pitcher/closer in the country? Quinn Matthews is great. We have had great staffs in baseball in 2017 and 2018 (and even 2019 for baseball was quite good). Canady is the best pitcher in the country for softball for Stanford because of recruiting and development (recruiting a great player like Canady on the 40 year plan and what she can achieve athletically, and then helping her achieve on her potential).
