I probably should not have watched that video, as it has not helped my mood. When you watch it, keep in mind that blue was giving a very generous high outside corner this afternoon. If the ump gets to set the strike zone, which we allow by refusing to allow machines to make the calls, his strike zone should be consistent. Given that umops strike zone today, that was a gorgeous pitch. You can't ask a kid to do anything more on that pitch than he did. If he would have grooved it down the middle and watched it ssil over the fence, we eould have been on his case for tering up the ball for a power hitter.

Btw, in my previous post, I forgot to credit the Wake kid for a great hit. Even if they force the pitcher to throw meet, the batter has to hit it. Good on him for foing so.
