I believe Posey had 3 including that mammoth HR against the Reds in the 17th inning.  

Is that enough to take the lead?  If not Posey, I'm thinking it's Pudge/Ivan.  

The term comes from Dennis Eckersley originally who thought of it as a negative and used it to describe a losing pitcher walking off the mound in defeat.  I don't think we think of the term that way now - At least I think of a batter walking off the field with his team after touching home plate.

I don't know the numbers. But per The Athletic, Stanford's Brian Johnson had as many walk-off home runs in his career as Johnny Bench and Yogi Berra each did. He had more than Carlton Fisk, Pudge Rodriguez, Buster Posey and Roy Campanella.

And Bruce Bochy's walk-off home run was hit against Nolan Ryan.
