some others have challenging non-conference schedules as well....
Ohio state plays Youngstown St, Western Kentucky, and ND (so one "good" opponent)
Alabama plays Middle Tennessee, Texas, South Florida, and Chattanooga (also one "good" opponent)
Clemson plays Charleston Southern, Florida Atlantic, ND, and South Carolina (two "good" opponents, but one is a traditional rivalry game and ND is sort of a conference game since they paly five ACC teams a year)
USC plays SJSU, Nevada, and ND (one "good" opponent who is a traditional rivalry game)
Georgia Tech plays SC State, Bowling Green, Ole Miss, and UGA (two "good" opponents, one a traditional rivalry game)
and of course we play Hawaii, Sac St, and ND (one "good" opponent, maybe for the last time....)
