In the early 1960s, the Ferrari motor car company was really hitting its stride. A customer purchased a new Ferrari sports car, and loved every bit of it...except for the clutch. He asked for a meeting with Papa Enzo Ferrari, and after numerous attempts, was granted an audience. They proceeded to have a very animated discussion about the clutch, which Enzo finally concluded by saying "the problem isn't the clutch, the problem is the driver."

Who was the unhappy customer -- and what did he do next?
