I'm in the camp of neutral fans who don't see the allegations against Michigan as being egregious enough for wins to be vacated. The main reason is that I believe the handful of published reports suggesting that sign stealing is widespread practice in major CFB:

 “I did it for more than 10 years for our defensive coordinator,” one of them told me. “And what most fans don’t know is that most teams do it, or at least try to do it, and it is considered fair game. None of us ever consider it cheating.”

With one exception.

“Using video cameras to tape a team’s sideline is crossing the line,” he said. “That is a big no-no … and most staffs I know honor that code, although we always knew that there was one team from the old Big East which did it in their home stadium.”

I was not allowed to name that team since the head coach is still active in coaching.

 But when asked for his thoughts on the allegations, Narduzzi declined to comment specifically on Michigan. Instead, he pushed for the NCAA to take serious action across the country for an issue he sees as widespread in college football.

“It definitely happens, and it would be nice if someone would put a stop to it,” Narduzzi said of sign stealing during his Thursday press conference at UPMC Rooney Sports Complex. “It’s not good for the game. ... I’ll throw it out there. Maybe the NCAA will read your article today on that question.”

If the evidence is as strong as it seems to be, I'd like to see Harbaugh suspended for maybe 4 to 6 games and let that be the end of it. I'm definitely not claiming to have the moral high ground here, but I just don't feel like it's necessary to go nuclear on one school when many, many schools are doing something very similar.
