In any case, it is probable it won't matter. There will be an "emergency" motion filed in court to restrain the B1G until the "real" lawsuit is filed. I imagine they will find a friendly judge that will allow him to coach in person next Saturday. After that, it gets murkier, but I bet he will get an injunction and coach the last 3 games. Whatever punishment he is going to serve (if any) will be next year, IMO. In this case,delay is "good enough". It may affect whether JH is at Michigan next year though.
