Q3 5:54.  M T, read the rules.  I thought the charge should have been a block because the defender was in the painted restricted area.  The rules have changed this year.  The painted circle near the basket no longer applies.  A defender is in the (new) restricted area only if any part of her is under the basket.

So, shouldn't they take that arc off the court, then?  It is confusing having it there when it has no function.  And in its place they should probably put a big black dot the size of the basket immediately under it, no?
