And Gavin Newsom is putting Stites Reservoir (Colusa and Glenn Counties, 1.5 million AF) on the fast track, which would be the largest dam constructed in California in a half-century.

I'll believe Sites is fast-tracked when I see a CEQA waiver coming out of the governor's office. Without that, you're looking at ten years of litigation.
