What's next? A lawsuit against Stanford and the Ivies alleging collusion to restrain labor opportunities because they *checks notes* have admissions standards and therefore don't let just anyone in?
At the point at which we think antitrust laws should apply to students attending universities, haven't we essentially conceded we've left the realm of "student-athletes" and we're all just debating how to reform then as minor league/AAA/G league teams?
It's really about time to give up the ghost here.
