The Failed Four…

Purdue, UVa, Rutgers and Cal.    Who will be the first to be voted into the Final Top 25?  Who will be the last?

IMO since there is no more PAC-12 championship and playing in the Rose Bowl, Kal will now have to substitute never finishing in the final top 25 for never playing in the Rose Bowl. Therefore, the "last" to qualify will never ever happen :-).
