Flu has been going around the WBB team the past couple of weeks.  And even when the players were managing to play, their performance was clearly impacted.  There is no reason to believe the flu was limited to that one team.   Pretty much all of January and February, there were a lot of respiratory illnesses in the area.  (Stanford SCAN analysis of Stanford's CODIGA wastewater plant.)  So, a bad weekend or two could be the result of a sick week.

The good news is that all of them seem to be dropping to quite low levels.
