Logan Webb had an outstanding year in 2023, finishing second in Cy Young voting. He had 194 strikeouts, a 3.25 ERA and a losing record (11-13).

Webb didn't make this list, but he came close. Six pitchers in MLB history recorded at least 200 strikeouts and a sub-2.75 ERA in a season...and a losing record.
