This appraisal of the 8 teams by ESPN seems pretty accurate as far as Stanford is concerned.  We are probably the most offensively challenged team of the 8, but maybe with the best pitcher. There is such a discrepancy between our team's hitting and most of the rest of the teams we may have to play, we will probably go as far as Canady can carry us, although the last game against LSU made it seem we might have rediscovered our offense.  Going to be fun to watch.
