DiJonai Carrington poked Clark in the eye the other day with her nail. This isn't a "bad apple" situation. The whole league is bullying her. Pathetic.

17% of the total flagrant fouls leaguewide have been committed against Caitlin Clark, per SI. 80% of those have been committed by Angel Reese's team.

Yeah, lots of context here. The media is on a clickbait rampage with this stuff. If you lookup "Caitlin Clark DiJonai Carrington" you get all sorts of posts about dirty play, intentional fouling, racism...from all these random sources looking to make money on your clicks. To me, this is the stuff that's pathetic (to use SamuelMcF's word). Carrington has repeatedly denied the play was intentional, and with good reasoning IMO. Clark has gone on record saying there's no way it was intentional. To me (and I realize everyone has a different eye for this stuff) if you just watch the play it looks pretty obvious it wasn't intentional.  

Here's the clip, but also toward the end a different play is shown from the same game where Clark smacks Carrington in the face, knocking out her contact. This play was just as aggressive by Clark yet no one hears about it because if they were to publicize Clark's "dirty plays" it would kill the story that she's getting picked on.

It's a physical game, and Clark isn't the only one getting smacked around. The players aren't whining about it, just the media trying to drum up drama.
